Meghan Manchon

Founder and Consultant

Meghan is an experienced marketing strategist having spent almost 20 years creating and executing marketing plans and campaigns in complex organizations and industries including healthcare and higher education. She is passionate about helping to solve business challenges by building strong relationships, uncovering meaningful insights and always having a test and learn approach to marketing.

Meghan spent the last 7 years at Be The Match in marketing strategy and marketing leadership roles supporting a variety of verticals across the organization including registry member recruitment, transplant center satisfaction and patient engagement. Prior to that she worked in marketing & communications at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management helping drive enrollment in their executive education and MBA programs.

Meghan’s recent experience includes:

  • Leading a team of Marketing Managers to develop plans and strategies to meet registration, retention and revenue goals  

  • Creating the process and framework for enterprise-wide B2B and B2C marketing plan development

  • Developing and executing marketing plans to drive patient, health care professional and hospital engagement

  • Managing agency partners to develop and execute digital and traditional campaigns including media planning, buying and creative services 

Meghan is an avid planner, reader and runner who likes to dabble in cooking, gardening and traveling. She is also a wife and mom to three amazing kiddos who loves playing kickball, dealing UNO cards and reading bedtime stories.
